Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account on TRVL3, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
3. Account & registration
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration and for keeping it current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Multi-tenant architecture
TRVL3 operates as a multi-tenant SaaS. Each agency is an isolated tenant with its own data, branding, and configuration.
5. Commercial terms
The core platform has no setup fee, no security deposit, and no monthly subscription. We earn a service fee per completed transaction. Marketplace add-ons are billed separately.
6. Digital wallet & payouts
Commissions are credited to your digital wallet upon ticketing or fulfillment of the underlying product. Withdrawals are subject to our anti-fraud window and a configurable minimum threshold.
7. Customer data & responsibility
You are the data controller for the end-customer data in your tenant. We are a data processor acting on your instructions.
8. Suppliers and third-party content
TRVL3 aggregates inventory and content from third-party suppliers including GDS providers, NDC airlines, OTAs, bedbanks, and direct supplier APIs. Cancellation and change policies are set by the underlying supplier.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual property; (c) transmit malicious code; (d) interfere with the operation of the platform; (e) attempt to access tenants or data that are not yours.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data in standard formats for 30 days.
11. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be brought in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
13. Changes to these terms
We will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email and an in-app banner before any material change.
