FAQ

Questions, answered honestly.

Do I need an IATA license to use TRVL3?
No. TRVL3 is open to any registered business or independent professional. You can ticket through our consolidator network without holding an IATA accreditation of your own.
How much does it cost?
There is no setup fee, no security deposit, and no monthly subscription on the core platform. We earn a small service fee per completed transaction — so we only make money when you do. Marketplace add-ons are priced individually (most €19–€49 per month).
How fast can I be operational?
Most agents are fully operational within an afternoon. Registration takes about two minutes. Brand setup (logo, colors, document templates) takes 20 minutes. From there you can search inventory and send a quote immediately.
Which suppliers do you connect to?
For flights: Travelport (GDS), NDC direct connections, and major LCC aggregators. For hotels: Expedia, Booking.com Affiliate, Hotelbeds, TBO, GTA, and direct chain APIs. For cars: Hertz, Avis, Sixt, Europcar. For activities: Viator, GetYourGuide, Musement, and direct local operators.
How does the digital wallet work?
Your commission is credited to your wallet the moment a ticket is issued — not when the customer travels, not at end of month. You can withdraw to your bank account on demand, subject to a configurable minimum and our anti-fraud window for transactions under 48 hours.
Is TRVL3 available in Hebrew, Arabic, and other RTL languages?
Yes. Hebrew and Arabic are first-class with full right-to-left interface mirroring. Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Italian, French and German are available at launch. You can offer different languages to different customers from the same workspace.
What is the Public Storefront add-on?
A fully-branded consumer travel website that runs on your domain. End-customers discover, search, and book directly. You set the markup, branding, and content through a built-in CMS. Every storefront booking lands in your CRM and credits your wallet.
Is my data safe?
We are SOC 2 Type II compliant and GDPR-aligned. Customer PII is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each tenant is logically isolated. We undergo annual penetration testing by an independent firm.
Can I bring my own corporate clients?
Yes — and you can extend a branded sub-portal to each corporate client with per-client travel policies, markups, and approval workflows. This is included in the Pro plan.
What happens if I want to leave?
You export everything — customers, bookings, documents, financial records — in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF). No vendor lock-in.
